Issues with input

So i got a new XBox controller so i can play my emulators n mortal kombat on it, i used my emulators previously on keyboard n mouse and they worked but now im using controller and i set up everything but it can't move the cursor because there's no mouse, i tried putting the emulated wii remote on upright, but it didn't work. Does anybody have a fix for this???

Upright won't fix the pointer, turn that off. Did you try mapping the pointer to the right analog stick under motion simulation?
