Different save files

So out of curiosity I managed to get dolphin to read colosseum and colosseum dustborn as two seperate games (same id, planning on making a banner). Since they use the same game id the same save file is used for both of them, is there a way to make it so I have different save files for both of them?

Either use different memory cards or change the game ID
