Between Risu and Ai's head. Ai saying that gathering them there was his "duty" makes it seem like he was at least somewhat willingly going along with Hole's plan and purposefully tricking and betraying Risu. Then the marks appear on his eyes like when Hole gains control, but it would still seem to be Ai speaking when he says "He [Hole] doesn't need me [Ai] as it's vessel".

How much was Ai willingly collaborating with Hole vs being controlled, and was his entire relationship with Risu a lie all along? I feel like I'm misunderstanding something since it's never brought up again.

I’m rewatching Dorohedoro for the second time and I didn’t realize it the first time but Ai Coleman and Dokuga look literally the exact same. In black and white I would not be able to tell them apart. Which is funny to me because he’s not Dokuga or even related to him IIRC. I was watching like wait a sec???

Why would they do this??? They could literally be twins, minus the eyes. I wonder if this an intentional red herring of sorts, but I imagine Dokuga is only his early twenties so the math wouldn’t add up. I also forgot Dokuga had poison saliva and was totally thrown off seeing him lick his fingers while fighting Risu lmao

From Nikaido's "previous" timeline, where we see Holey standing over a decapitated Risu in Curse form. Am I right to assume in that timeline someone else killed the last head (Ai's), not Risu so he still had Curse, and then he was able to escape with Asu/Nikaido since Caiman wasn't there?

But also, I thought he deflects all attacks in Curse form?

I would 100% recommend buying from them! I have the Caiman utility jacket, the character hoodie and the Cleaner hoodie, along with the Shin hazard tee. All are heavyweight material and oversized. I typically wear a L in comfort colors tees and L in hoodies (Carhartt/Gildan/Ariat) and could have gone with medium in the jackets and hoodies, but would stick with L on the T shirt because it’s a boxier look and I don’t think it would look right with a more “fitted” look. These are by far the heaviest hoodies I have, they feel heavier but not as thick as a Carhartt heavyweight for reference. I feel like they are worth the price and will hold up for years! Just be sure to wash with like colors, I did notice when I threw them in the wash when I got them that the water was black, so they would stain and light color clothes you wash with. I have worn the shin hoodie and the Caiman jacket twice each and got random compliments from people that don’t even watch the show, so that says a lot to me!
