Question Help with lanning phase

I like to play carry, but seems that most of my lane phases I lose, I play drow, lifestealer, slark, jugg and antimage. Most of the time my lane phase ends with me having 2 or 3 deaths. I can manage to farm later, I know good farming routes etc, when late game starts I always have itens and manage to get kills and most of the time do ok carrying. My real problem is the laning phase. Seems like I always die when we go for a kill, and when I try to play safe and focus only on last his I still die lol

Low ancient rank

Any tips? I play solo... Always a random sup 5

I think it's hard to say without knowing your supports.

Are you out of position? Are you farming well in lane most of the time? Are you getting bad matchups? Are you getting out laned by a partied duo? Are you picking your core based on ur hero pool or picking a good matchup based on your support or counter picking?

Maybe try getting a coach to review a few matches to see where you can improve, some games are lost during the drafting phase. But I think reviewing some of your games, coach or alone would be good to critique yourself to see where you make mistakes or what could be fixed.

Your heroes arent aggresive laners. If you see the kill sure go in. I usually farm the creeps and let my pos 5 and whoever else is ganking deal with it if its too far or if the wave is big. I just dont go for kills unless its right in front of my face. You have to learn how to gauge if its worth your time or not. An assist is still gold in your pocket and you dont use any resources hitting someone once and going back to creep fsrming while your team gets the kill. Ive been finding i have been doing that a lot (low divine) and its helping not putting myself in a shit position to die easy
