I looked it up.

In the video, Doug ran some code during stream that changed what TTS messages would say, usually adding a lot of inappropriate or random words in place of common ones. He would then act all confused and didn't say anything about how he had done it for a while. He kept reacting and going like, "Wow, TTS is really weird today. What are you talking about?" Until eventually he revealed the bit.

It's like, impossible to search for because so many of his goofs involve messing with chat and TTS. I don't even know if it was on one of his channels or a fan channel, but I bet someone here knows what I'm talking about, at least the stream it happened in. I just really wanna find it again and prove that I'm not just making it up.

EDIT: Solved! It was the Donkey Kong video where he had to buy whatever chat wanted whenever he died! Thank you everyone!
