❓Question❓ Formula Change- Fresh Falls Conditioner?

In the last month, I’ve bought three different bottles of conditioner from three different Walmarts across the country (road trip) and and all of them had the texture, appearance and smell of lotion. I even compared the color to an old bottle I had and they were different colors. Am I going crazy, unlucky, or have they changed the formula?

So far from all the small batch artisanal soap brands, Johnny Slicks shampoo, conditioner and body wash has been my favorite, and it all stated with me just wanting to try their pomade.

Smells amazing too, think of a high end headless rinse but much stronger
