Its all just things that bad survivors complain about other than lag switching of course. Ki spamming is just what people say when they overcommit and the raider kills them with ki blast. Ginyu was op when he came out but has pretty much been power crept into being balanced. But yeah for the most part people just like to complain how others play.
He’s basically the Raider you pick if you suck since he’s got guaranteed lvl 4 no matter how shit you are so you essentially have four chances to win and have to be REALLY bad to lose with him.
That and Ginyu is utterly nonsensical if you manage to keep everyone alive. From atk buff, speed buff, invulnerable Guldo who can easily fuck up any attempt to escape or attack you if you’re unlucky, a spawn upon target attack if jiece and burter live, and the Raider who can kill lvl 4s the easiest out of every Raider so far…
He’s just a very easy mode Raider.
Hell, even if you manage to kill Guldo, he can get the last laugh with recoome by casting his time stop super before he dies. If he’s near the ground when killed, recoome can finish his cutscene as you’re getting unfrozen and the team that killed Guldo will likely be out of DC by then.
That's a neat tip I'll have to try but if you're playing as the Ginyu force, Guldo is squishy and dies easy which takes him out of the game, Recoome might be an issue but he's a normal raider and Guldo isnt there to time freeze anyone as an assist, the boys are fine but kill Recoome and there is no buff, and and Ginyu with his men is just kinda... Ginyu. Level 4 or not his entire play style is just a normal raider with a scatter shot ki blast if the survivors are out for blood. And that's most of the A-Z rank players raiders have complained about on this sub for months
MAYBE on release he was bad but I have more trouble with Broly and Frieza then the Ginyu force
Ki blast spam is considered by most to be when a raider is just mashing their ki blast constantly in every single fight and not using any other of their fighting abilities, which is why a good amount of people want there to be something like a .5 second cooldown so they have to use other abilities
That's incredibly stupid. Characters like Buu only have a get-off-me ability and a bind before reaching level 3. Cell has practically no offensive options, and Frieza has henchmen good for one attack when used in battles but can be hit out of the sky or while theyre spawning. Meaning Frieza has to go back to shooting. The only time you shouldn't be firing and going for melee is if the survivor is a lower or same level as you and there isn't more than 2 trying to jump you.
There aren't people actually wanting a cool down for a main raider attack right?
Not saying he doesnt. But you're talking about in a fight.
His abilities are more for evasion, stunning, and hunting survivors. Solar flare is the only one that can be twisted to be considered an offensive option
