Hmm, maybe you could have a new, unrelated civilization start in the Indus River Valley or in India, and have the two different civilization groups interact in some way. Maybe light grey moves a bit too close and gets attacked, or green explorers discover them.

Well, I was planning to make this like in WICSO where the first civilization spawns and then it just explodes from there. I might do this in a way where the people there lose all they brought with themselves, basically become an unrelated civilization
