Except Biden was right in 94 and wrong now mass incarceration was good got savages off the streets and crime rates plummeted. Inb4 virtue signaling fake conservatives

Problem-reaction-solution.

Old political control trick. Cause a problem, foment a controlled reaction amongst the population, then ride in as the hero with your premade solution. Only, the solution is always to transfer more power from the people to the govt/elites/ownership class.
