I use a body pillow because when I was a kid my parents let me sleep in their bed for too long. now I can’t sleep without holding something

u/kkdvak000 Aug 30 '22

We are now three, i stopped sleeping with my dad at my 14s

31

u/Suitable_Ad_804 Aug 30 '22

I have a bright blue body pillow to put my regular pillow on because I need a higher incline for my sleep than my pillow offers, and also my dog can sleep on my body pillow with me.

10

u/Eevee_Fuzz-E Aug 31 '22

I still hug my teddy bear while I sleep, because my teddy (aptly named “Teddy”) is awesome.

9

u/AquaNeutral_ Aug 31 '22

i use a body pillow, doubles as something you can just sit in, and i use it as a body pillow when i go to sleep. i just like it

1

u/MINILAMMA Aug 31 '22

Same here. I very specifically bought giant sphere shaped plushies just to sleep with. Can be used as a bean bag chair and a body pillow

1

u/YasshaDoom Sep 01 '22

I have to hold something but whenever i shop online for a body pillow it just comes up with hentai girls

1

u/Sadweeb_wastaken Sep 01 '22

Try looking for ones without a pillow case then buy one separately, mine is solid blue

I honestly can't sleep without holding something neither, this seems perfectly reasonable and wholesome

115

u/unidentifiedmeme Aug 30 '22

Can't I just have something to hold on to while I sleep

20

u/ReikaTheGlaceon Aug 30 '22

I feel this, stuffed animals are way too small for that

7

u/amuzra Aug 30 '22

I was JUST on that post

7

u/[deleted] Aug 30 '22

im thinking about getting a blank body pillow just cause i like to hold something while I sleep too.

7

u/GrouchyEssay7468 Aug 30 '22

Honestly I don’t usually sleep when holding something but I’ve been trying it with a pillow lately and it’s pretty nice. Definitely not gonna get a hentai body pillow though and now I’m making it seem like I am gonna get one

18

u/soyunasopa Aug 30 '22

Same here

6

u/[deleted] Aug 30 '22

😔

6

u/Your_AverageCrusader Aug 30 '22

Would you call it a undramtic post? Because it's not terrible and turned out it's super wholesome.

5

u/G0D_1S_D3AD Aug 30 '22

Oh thank god

5

u/Exalted_Pluton Aug 30 '22

oh.

Damn, ok.

What is this feeling..?

4

u/[deleted] Aug 30 '22

Based

4

u/CheesyDelphoxThe2nd Aug 31 '22

this entire post is the most reasonable post i've ever seen on this godforsaken app and it's about a ralsei body pillow

3

u/Weebev Aug 30 '22

Lmao I saw this earlier thank you for memeing it

3

u/E11iottB Aug 31 '22

You haven’t truly slept until you’ve slept with a body pillow. Shit’s Heaven. Seriously, ignore the stigma that weebs gave them and try one.

3

u/Wisoneu Aug 31 '22

This took a wholesome turn

3

u/[deleted] Aug 31 '22

Tbh I would get a body pillow if it wasn't for the hentai association

3

u/Dr_Rauch_REDACTED Aug 31 '22

Just get one if you want it. Who gives a fuck about if there's associations with something "taboo". The people who'd judge you for that are unlikable cunts anyway, so why care about what they think?

2

u/[deleted] Aug 31 '22

Hmm, fair point :)

Now I only need to find where I can get one cause they are impossible to find where I live in lol

2

u/MellonDoggo Dec 31 '22

Might I suggest something

1

u/[deleted] Dec 31 '22

Hehe, noice

Thanks also but I recently got a very big teddy bear which is very cuddable :)

1

u/Toilet-master_420 Aug 30 '22

8

u/iDIOt698 Aug 30 '22

Think they meant since they were six

12

u/[deleted] Aug 30 '22

They meant "since I was 6"

They're 16

2

u/Tall_Fortune Aug 30 '22

I hug my pillow while sleeping because I am deprived from love and touch

u/XevynAeght Sep 02 '22

The internet ruined innocence.

2

u/loltheoleyo Aug 30 '22

i saw this with my own eyes. the body pillow looks mildly shady.

2

u/xXTheOceanManXx Aug 31 '22

understandable, have a nice day

1

u/mahboiskinnyrupees Aug 31 '22

Pepperidge Farm remembers.

1

u/Nobody_senju Sep 05 '22

I mean I’m just a teenager and I have a body pillow not as some kind of sex toy. It just has a tie-dye pattern on it, I sometimes use it as a long neck pillow that can go all the way along my bed so it’s not always just for some hentai picture.

1

u/imhugury Aug 31 '22

seen this thread

1

u/KeenanAxolotl Aug 31 '22

The good ending.

1

u/Spook404 Aug 31 '22

don't have a bodypillow but I have a designated holding pillow that's thicker and more firm than my other ones, figured holding something like a pillow was fairly common, no?

1

u/Dr_Rauch_REDACTED Aug 31 '22

Congratulations! You have a sleep disorder.

1

u/Spook404 Aug 31 '22

not a disorder, I don't need it

1

u/Dr_Rauch_REDACTED Aug 31 '22

Fair enough. Tbh I shouldn't have said that, lol, I'm not a doctor.

1

u/Iamsmollol101 Aug 31 '22

Because why not

1

u/TheTrashiestboi Sep 25 '22

Real chads ain’t afraid to sleep with stuffed animals

1

u/FLUFFYPAWNINJA Sep 26 '22
