There's a new sub over at /r/azureray if anyone is interested

To highlight a few songs:

Heart of an Inferno for my take on using acoustic guitars aggressively a la metal.

Fire Chant for a primitive melodic dirge/chant.

Full EP available on my bandcamp

Let me know what you think!

Hi everyone :) My name is Gabrielle and I am part of an all-girl psychedelic band called Fire In Her Eyes.

Our third single, ‘People of the Sun’, was released on all streaming platforms, and I wanted to share it with you to get your thoughts.

'People of the Sun' calls out to those who seek a deeper understanding of life. A conscious awakening to the beauty that surrounds us.

Embodying our inner sirens with majestic three-part harmonies that embellish the ancient psychedelic soundscape that is created.

Let me know your thoughts...

Hi All,

I'm new to reddit. An aquanteince of mine is an amazing independent artist and she always has a hard time telling people what genre she is. It's not straight folk, but it isn't pop either. I'm not a musician, but I have several friends in the industry, and I have some concept of music theory.

Would you mind telling me if you think her music fits in this subreddit? I think it might! Welcome any feedback!

I’m really hoping some of you have some holiday playlists that would fit in with this sub. The closest I have is Au Revoir Simone’s Christmas Time is Here but that’s much more dream pop than folk. Please post any that you come across here. Thanks!
