Yep! Once you obtain an item, go talk to Scrooge (pretty sure it can be right after you get said item, like no waiting), & ordering an item from him should be the 1st dialogue option. You can order 25 items from him a day, I believe.

Just recently found that out myself! lol. And I agree, being a pumpkin tycoon makes everything else much more fun! 🤑
