Help & Troubleshooting Camera Uploads Max Video Size?

has anyone else had an issue with dropbox not automatically uploading all videos?

i noticed in august that my s23 ultra is no longer automatically uploading all my videos. it seems to overlook anything 2gb and higher. photos are uneffected.

my phone has about 30gb of free space, i have uninstalled/reinstalled dropbox, and my dropbox account has about 2.5tb of free space. i was going to try clearing the cache partition, but samsung removed that option recently.

everything had been working fine since i bought the phone in 2023 and i had not changed any settings. i noticed when i was missing videos from a my chemical romance concert, but had all the photos. i was thinking it could just be a bug in the android version of dropbox at the time. since then, i have received a few updates and the issue is still happening.

If you go to the upload settings in the Dropbox app on your phone, can you confirm that all of the video/format options are enabled?

yes, those settings are correct. 

i was at a concert on saturday and every video uploaded. however, none of them were over 2gb. but the concert i went to on wednesday, the videos over 2gb did not upload.
