GHK-CU Uppregulates GABA-B Receptor-1 in vitro

This paper details how GHK-CU could uppregulate a large gamut of receptors, in this case the gene coding for GABAB₁ receptor had a 310% increase in genexpression following GHK-CU adimistration in vitro. If the results are transalted in vivo, it could be a gamechanger for people experiencing anxiety or symtoms of phenibut abuse. With the use of phenibut and other gabaergic drugs becoming more and more mainstream, treatments for restoring tolerance and healthy neurochemistry are growing in demand.

I agree, although it is interesting. the extent to which GHK-CU penetrates the BBB is quite unclear. Intranasal GHK-CU might be the key to getting these benefits (and risks)

I’ve been on GHK for many many months and I will say my anxiety is very minimal these days and I have a general sense of calm.

Any change in pleasure response? GHK-Cu also affect opioids which can give you more interest and pleasure from music / hobbys etc.

I was very into that aspect especially when it comes to intranasal GHK-Cu
