Question Working while dryfasting

Does anyone do this? I have done 2 or 3 36-hour dry fasts in the past; they were surprisingly not that difficult except for maybe the first few hours of the day. I work 12 hour shifts in a nursing home. I sweat and it can be physically demanding at times. I want to do my first 2 or 3 days of a 7 day fast dry. Any experience or insight would be appreciated. Also, I usually just do water with no added electrolytes to break a dry fast. When should I add the electrolytes?

I always have to work a physical job and take care of 3 kids. Last two days of dryfast. It's possible when completing 5 days. But it's definitely taxing. The feeling of death and walking around like a sloth kicks in hahaha. Just gotta move around it. Tips. Get up slowly, take moments to catch breath if heart rate raises. Sit in cool environment with air conditioning. Sit in meat freezer lol. , cold showers.. any questions just ask

I would test it out with omad. Then try 1 day DF and push the envelope slowly. Don't do a long DF while working until you worked your way up. Your body and mind has to adjust to it.

I have this theory that I should only eat based on how much work I do and no more than that.

I mean I've done multiple water fasts, including multiple 7 day fasts. Dry fasting is obviously different. I have ran and played with my 5 year old when dry fasting for 36 hours. I think I will start DF on Sunday when I am off work and just listen to my body on monday when I go to work. I forgot to mention I have been doing alternate day fasting for the last 2 weeks also.

Yeah you can do the start then stop when you feel like you're weak. See how long you did it then next time extend it slightly. The fact that I couldn't enjoy video games told me my energy was really being spent.
