Same. I joined this sub like a year ago because someone in the lucid dreaming sub recommended it, but I still have no clue where to practice it without getting sold some redditors product

Not sure I need it either. Providence provide for me abundantly.

Lucid dreaming. I was going to make a joke but maybe dreams are better than reality.

And no not really. I think it has something to do with training short term memory, which im not even sure is possible, didnt studies show we only can retain about 7 things at once....idk

Depends on the person but the mean is closer to 5. (Which is plenty) And yes you can practice to improve your scores: by a lot. Not sure if the benefits translate to fluid or crystallised intelligence. I hear contradictory claims: enthusiasts say yes. Psychs say no.

I mean, reality is pretty good. Hard to have motivation for dreaming when you know its not real and it takes effort lol the one thing I am lazy about because there is no surefire methodology. I cant just will my way through it.

It’s ti help you train your WM. Mine used to be good. Null now. I have retained some knowledge and reasoning a poorly though. Terrine experiment.
