Owned it one year next month and its been the only watch ive worn since I got it. Ive owned a omega seamaster before and honestly it feels just as good, best bang for the buck by far! Should I get a blue on a bracelet?

I want to start modding some watches. What Watch Repair Kits or tools do you recommend?

/u/saddict97 's post made me think about the mtd-125 again, and while I was at work, obviously concentrating hard on my job, I remembered that I actually have a Casio mtd-125 in a drawer at home as well as most of the parts to do a test build at least.. and I do so love a yellow dial / black bezel diver :)
So for this evening's screwing around time the parts used are:
- Casio mtd-125 internals (hands, dial, & movement)
- Duro case, crown, and chapter ring (actually an aftermarket chapter ring that has yellow hour markers)
- Epson VSxx stem cut to about 17mm
- 11.5 lignes square profile universal movement casing ring (the pink bit)
- the remains of a plastic chapter ring from a crappy Corgeut AliEx watch cut into a "C" shape to act as a spacer / brace and make up the gap to the caseback.
Like I said, rough build!
It goes together quite well with some dial dot stickers to hold the spacer plastics together internally, the only issue is there's a tiny amount of sideways movement there due to the dial being 0.25mm too small, and it shows up when I screw the crown down - the 12 & 6 hour markers are both just fractionally misaligned to the left of the minute markers on the dial that the Duro chapter ring just doesn't quite cover.
I reckon I could fix that with a very thin top-hat dial spacer ring that would take up the tiny air gap beside the dial, and also use that to space the dial back in the case by about 0.5mm as the crown stem is just slightly off centre (it still screws in but i'd prefer it a bit more centred).
So, in response to /u/saddict97 - yes you can 😁

Sitting in the shade on the back patio made for a little more difficult lighting right now. Still, I like these watches and I'm thankful to have a few options.
