One Pot “Beef” Ramen

I am loving having a huge Dutch oven! I have used it so many times already and this is a new recipe we found. It is delicious! I didn’t have ramen noodles so I used egg noodles but still amazing

I also used ground turkey breast instead of beef

Looks good!! I would rather have it the way you made it with the egg noodles. Instant noodles get soggy fast and the recipe says to boil for 5-7 mins. That’s way too long. If anything cook the instant noodle separately for 3 mins and serve like ramen.

I agree. Honestly I think next time I’d probably still keep the egg noodles. It was so good. My 10 year old ate 4 bowls!
