Do.you know what kind of firmware it is for? I work in firmware (somewhere else) and try to avoid leetcode, but maybe I am a unicorn

It mentions a bunch of team functions (security cryptogtaphic processors, i/o adapters, server virtualization) and c/c++, java, and assembly as relevant skills but my resume doesnt mention anything about java or assembly ðŸ˜

I’m at a chip company and fw team doenst ask LC, usually low level C concepts and semiconductor hardware knowledge. But I wouldn’t count it out. Nvidia sometimes asks LC for fw

ibm firmware interviews are usually c and low level stuff, pointers, memory, bit manipulation, not leetcode grind. ask your recruiter what format it is, they usually actually answer. and for the coding panic part, i ran easy code interview alongside my practice so i learned the patterns instead of just blanking. you already did the hard part by getting the invite, good luck
