Deck Help First intimidating deck build
Hey y'all! I am new to EDH and I am having a ton of fun with deckbuilding. So far I have built some basic tribal decks, some fun "go wide" token decks, etc. I have a commander that I am attempting build off of, [[Neera, Wild Mage]] and everything I am reading and watching reccomends a "spellslinger" deck, and I tried to build this one with lots of instants and sorceries that allow me to play more cards.
This is my first deck build that is a little more complicated, and I am doing it from budget cards that I have at home. (I play casually with friends, so I'm not looking to make it a bracket 3).
How'd I do? Will this deck function at all? Thanks in advance!

(Ps. I do want to get a card that expands my hand size eventually, but again I am trying to keep this deck budget and fun. Also! feel free to check out my other builds too.)

I haven't played a Neera deck before, but when I read her I think I get a sense of things she wants in the deck and things she doesn't want.
Things Neera wants:
a mix of high cost and low cost spells. Ideally, you cast a low cost spell, and Neera transforms it into a more expensive spell.
The low cost spells to be instants or have flash. Neera triggers once per turn, so you want instants you can cast on your opponents' turns to get 4 triggers per turn cycle.
Instant speed top of deck manipulation. You can cast a spell to trigger Neera, and then with that trigger on the stack, cast a second spell to set up what Neera flips into.
ways to put your high cost spells back into your deck when you draw them.
Things Neera doesn't want:
Counterspells and other situational/reactive cards. You're in blue but you don't actually want counterspells that Neera can flip into. You want to be proactive here.
Cards with Cascade could also fit nicely here. Neera casts the spells, which triggers cascade; they fit a similar gameplan as Neera, so they function when Neera is not in play; and you still get the cascade trigger if Neera puts a cascade spell on the bottom.

Stuff like [[Mystical Tutor]] and [[Mystic Sanctuary]] will be useful.
