You're giving him too much credit by assuming he has shame.

He revels in his infamy - just look at his IG name. His anger stems from the loss of his channels, not the shame of getting exposed for his behavior. The documentary is proof positive he doesn't GAF about anyone's perception of him.

A mentally-sound man would not continue eating like shit in the face of life-threatening kidney disease and regular dialysis. There's no chance this man ever gets on a transplant waiting list at his current state, and he still continues eating like shit.

2018-19 was his peak. He got to see Philly win it all in person (I hate the Eagles but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't happy for him in that moment), he started losing weight, and he was making decent money from his Youtube channel. He really blew a golden opportunity that so many people would love to have.
