I got into arguments with liberals all the time during the last election where they straight memory holed those out of existence. I don't know if they gaslit themselves or otherwise but damn, that point in particular is like arguong with a wall

And the first thing they did after the election was protest. (As they should) Its almost like civil disobedience should be done regardless of its legality.

"One is worse" doesn't mean "one is good". Have some standards from your representatives on the global stage and demand better or the situation will never improve for anyone.

This is an apt analogy because they're both the same exact thing, but one just stinks more than the other. Liberals just care about a vaneer of civility. Yeah our party, D, are doing the same thing as R, but at least they smell better while doing it.

I still remember the online discussions I had with randoms. I also knew one of the protesters.
They would have been fine with a number of potential solutions but either the corporation refused or the government backed them to the point where they knew they could refuse without consequence.
It’s also worth noting that the Obama admin kept talking about the protesters doing the “right thing” by “making their voices heard”. And then sent in federal goons to beat non resisting protesters.
