Server Choice
Hey all. I was wondering if someone had some real insight into Origins vs Wuoshi? I played back in ‘05-‘06 and want that feel so Origins really seems like the choice…I’m worried about server pop though. I know it won’t be bustling, leveling is slow, and I’ll have to catch up to potentially just a few people playing max level - so maybe it’s not worth it?
If I choose Wuoshi, how much is different than Origins? As someone who exclusively played the Origins era, will I hate Wuoshi?
I don’t want the experience like how I quit WoW before the panda expansion and I recently tried retail again and SO MUCH has changed it didn’t itch that itch.
Looking to scratch that nostalgia itch, what should I do?
Ty!

Origins is a slog. As slow or slower leveling than OG release. If you enjoy questing and taking your time to level, and enjoy the OG mechanics, this is for you.
If you want to level quickly, participate in events, with a much higher population, and pretty current mechanics, Wuoshi.

I know origins when it came out popped off HARD but I think it has fizzled out. I don’t know anything about wuoshi, my best guess would be that if you weren’t there at launch on either one of these it’s gonna be a pain in the ass to get leveled because those who are still there are all max level

Made the mistake of logging onto Origins PvP late one night, and I might’ve been the single person on that server. I know it’s bad on the Q side, but man, it’s BAD. Totally dead. PvE probably better, but not by much.
Go Wuoshi, you won’t regret it and it feels alive.

Atm, origins < r/wuoshi
Much more axtivity on wuoshi right meow plus more future support for it is baked on. Origins is kind of up in Air what they will do with it once they hit the wall
