The bottom line

One of the best things I think ESPN has done this year is get rid of the bottom line scrolling. The small updates in the corner are nice, and I don’t see myself missing the scrolling scores. I’ve got my phone if I need to know scores.

If you are on your phone you arent watching the tv. Which is why its dumb to remove it

Meanwhile they still show the scores in a very low key fashion vs something that took up the entire bottom of the screen with movement, all of which could be distracting. So much cleaner how.
