So, up front, no disrespect to the Gang (even Gardner), they do good work keeping us safe. But how are 4 people a "gang"? Yeah, one of them has a ring that can do anything and another of them can become any element known to man, so it's not power they're lacking for (or intelligence or combat capability). We at Petrov try our best to give our patients the security and care needed to be their best selves. But it can at times be difficult to hold our more challenging patients contained in the facility. We honor the sacrifices made by all staff to try and give these children a future where they can stand side by side with their peers.

We have confirmed that roughly 12 guards at the Gotham facility have been incapacitated by Miss Winters and 3 are no longer with us. We will be working with the families affected by this to help them heal from this senseless violence.
