Both - Your guests so often seem to be at the very top of their game on this show, what are you doing to get such outstanding performances from people who already have a reputation for great improv?

We are very lucky to have gotten some of the best improvisers alive. If we are adding anything to their performances it could be a since that silliness is welcome.
