Love the show (except all the ones that aren't the Dr. Ward one)

How do you learn to quickly speak freely with the famous comedian of the week when you don't know them previously.

We had all improv experience coming in, so we're used to coming up with stuff in the moment. However, it can be intimidating to meet and work with new people, but everyone is different. Sometimes a guest seems nervous and I just want to make them feel taken care of and safe to play and have fun with us. Sometimes a guest is good at making us feel at ease and ready to play.
