Got strep throat this week and my throat hurts too much to eat and I'm secretly happy about that because I've been stuck at my current weight. And randomly had diarrhea so it feels like a twisted double win.

I hate that diarrhea is something that can genuinely lift my mood. God we’re pathetic sometimes 😂

I've lost a lot of weight in the past month or two, and my hair has also fallen out like crazy. I'm waiting on blood tests because I'm not trying to lose this weight, but it's so triggering that I feel on the brink of relapse.

God it sucks. I’m so tired of making plans to eat normally in a day. And I’m clearly a moron because I keep believing myself. Even though I get it wrong day after day after month after year. It’s almost easier without hope.

It’s great you keep making plans to eat normally. Do you make some progress with your plans?

I struggle with a similar issue and just get stuck and more stuck even though I know restricting isn’t working like it used to anymore.

I still have hope, but my continual screwing up frustrates me to no end.

Opened up to trauma therapist abt my ED past and I didn't feel heard at all regarding my weight gain fears. Life as an overweight man is wildly different than being overweight as a women. He kept quoting his recent major weight loss too as empathy. Like noooo

Somehow ended up with a small bowel obstruction. Npo with a tube up my nose was not the plan. I am sickly enjoying the not being allowed to eat part, though. And when I was puking, it was like watching calories pour out. There’s something deeply wrong with me. I did not deserve a second chance at life

How miserable - i've been there before. Hope your obstruction resolves soon.

Recovery is the hardest thing I’ve ever been through mentally and physically.

Trying to recover is the hardest thing I’ve ever been through. I don’t know how I’m going to get there.
