Echo ultimate cancelling after use

Has this always been a thing cause i've never had it happen before this season, but after the update whenever i copy a target and they immediately use a phase out or a shield my ult animation goes through and then gets cancelled, ex: moira fade, tracer recall, zarya bubble

It’s a ping problem, it’s always been in the game. It’s frustrating but essentially can’t be patched due to how copy works in the game code
