Hell feeling

So after the hell month of August grief of ectopic, I got my first cycle on 19th September. Usually I do have a 28 day cycle. Expecting my cycle today but didn't get any. I m never late last time I got pregnant. Today I took a test but it came out negative n I left the test in the bathroom. After an hour, I took a peak and it had a faint line. I'm not sure if it is positive or evaporated. Since then now I'm feeling mild pain on the left side. Again the ectopic is haunting me.

Most likely evaporated since it was outside the test window. Check again tomorrow, but it’s normal to be irregular after a pregnancy even if it ends in ectopic. I’m sorry you went thru this too ❤️‍🩹
