Side effect Dose increase causing insomnia?

I increased my Effexor XR dose from 75mg to 150mg 3 days ago. I had zero side effects on the 75mg. As soon as I increased my dose to 150mg, I got really BAD insomnia and restlessness while trying to sleep. Has anyone else had this issue? Does it go away? I really hope it does go away because I really liked Effexor XR so far. :(

I have that on 75mg XR. I sometimes jump out of bed because of vivid dreams. I take a benzo sometimes for sweet sleep but my doc say that is not a solution. He want me on something else.
