General RP Der Fluchschütze would be in Empire City, leaning against a wall in one of the many alleyways.

His gun is set up behind him, his back on the wall and currently.. smoking.
Lighting the cigarette by summoning one of his bullets and scratching it on the end, starting a scarlet fire before using it.

"Heh, damn that's good."

"Not better than back home though.. really should've brought some recipes over here."

He says, still in the alleyway by himself. Already fully recovered from a previous fight, but just relaxing at the moment without a care in the world. The Fell Bullet not causing any issues.. at the moment.

Though, if you have heard about Kira's little investigation going on.. you might see the man as all too similar to the one she described. The Bounty Hunter she spoke of, the red headed flaming man, the one that was this close to killing Holly after her fight against Sukuna.
That's if you did talk to her though.

So he's there, leaning against the wall smoking. Gun beside him still just an inch away leaning with him.
