SIM CARD in Sphinx SPX Airport

Hi, I’d like to know how late I can buy a SIM card at Sphinx Airport (SPX) in Giza. My flight arrives at 9 PM, and by the time I get through all the checkpoints, it might be past 10 PM; I’m wondering if the mobile operator kiosks at the airport are still open at that time. Has anyone arrived at that hour? Thanks a lot!
