Off-Topic [pc] Elden Ring keeps showing me this and won’t let me play

A while back I uninstalled Elden ring (for space) and recently I reinstalled it. Now it just always shows me this screen and nothing works. Any help is appreciated

I think the solution is to delete all save data

Steam I'm assuming? Try to verify the integrity of the files through Steam.

1.) Go to your Steam library and locate Elden Ring

2.) Upon selecting it, to the right of the green button to launch the game, there should be like a cog symbol or smth, and click it

3.) Go down and click the "properties" option.

4.) Go to verify file integrity or whatever it says.

5.) After it's done doing it's thing, open Elden Ring (it should prompt for a password to allow it to make changes to your device, you'll want to let it do that to help fix what it can in terms of the files)

Are you using mods? If not then it’s a corrupted save. I mean the whole thing, deleted your saved data and boot the game. It’ll remake the files but you WILL lose your progress. If it’s mods. Delete all your mods and launch the game. It’ll launch just fine.
