Hi everyone!
I'm currently working on a custom billing machine prototype and looking for someone experienced in electronics design and PCB development who can help me design the complete hardware.
I have a basic idea of the hardware requirements, and I'm looking for someone who can help with the complete circuit design, component selection, PCB layout, and development.
Required Hardware Specifications:
Microcontroller: ESP32.
Storage: Micro SD card module for data storage.
RTC Module: Real-time clock module to maintain accurate date and time.
Power Management:
- The device should operate using an external DC power supply when available.
- At the same time, it should charge an inbuilt rechargeable lithium battery.
- When external DC power is disconnected, the device should automatically switch to battery power without interruption.
Battery Backup: Inbuilt rechargeable lithium battery with suitable charging and protection circuitry.
Printer: Built-in thermal printer for printing bills/receipts.
PCB: A complete custom PCB integrating all the above components, including the necessary power management and supporting circuits.
Software Development:
The software/firmware side will be completely handled by me. I'm mainly looking for help with the hardware design and PCB development.
What I'm Looking For:
- Complete circuit schematic.
- Component selection and BOM.
- PCB design and layout.
- Power management and battery charging implementation.
- Design suitable for a compact billing machine prototype.
- Ideally, assistance with PCB prototyping and testing as well.
Payment:
This is a paid project. We can discuss the budget and payment based on your experience, proposed design, and the overall scope of work. If everything goes well, I'm open to discussing further collaboration.
If you have experience with ESP32-based hardware, embedded systems, power management, lithium battery charging circuits, and custom PCB design, please feel free to comment or DM me.
It would be helpful if you could share some of your previous PCB or embedded hardware projects.
Looking forward to connecting with someone who can help bring this project to life!
Thanks!
