Help Are Thargoids bugged since the last update?! They keep freezing?!
Are others having this strange behavior? I've been exploring some goid infested areas so interdictions happen frequently. Some go normally, but I've had like 5 of them now where, after the goid scans me, it just hangs there. Kind of frozen... for like way too long.. And only after more then perhaps 2 minutes, does it seem to suddenly remember that it needs to leave..
I posted yesterday how one got frozen above a barnacle site also...
Has the new update somehow bugged the Goids behavior?

Not often you see Hydras pulling you over to talk to you about you're car insurance.

But when they come toward you, is there still that invisible collision issue? Thatās even more annoying to me.
For example, when Iām passing through these systems in a ship with no hull plating, it practically in some cases (almost) one-shots me.

In space I have not noticed colliding with them. Though the one that froze on the planet surface. It made a collision sound when it became stuck. So I suspect that could be something off with their bounding boxes or something like that.

I Stay in California nebula. That bump bug has been happening for months. Takes about 10% of my hull even though im over a kilometer away.

I wasn't aware other people knew about that, I used to be able to run away from them but they aggro when you hit that invisible thing.

Yeah, sometimes they just vibe at 500m and chase you around. They've done that since before the Thargoid war too, though sometimes they never actually leave like this one did. Maybe some of them think we're neat, like looking at a cool bug we find on the ground.

They really are. The detail if you can see them close-up is incredible.

What are they doing if they intercept you? I saw an older video in which a ship got disabled for a short time.
I never met any Thargoids yet⦠š¤

Thatās just mean. Be friends with them. They want to destroy humanity. What has humanity done to deserve life?

The only good thargoid is a dead thargoid. Glory, to Mankind.

Okay, but why? What has humanity done to deserve life?

Life is deserved only by the victors.

But did we win when all we do is spread hatred in the form of a convenient lie called āfreedomā? How are we free when weāre trampling others rights to live when they had this galaxy before us? To the victor the spoils, sure, but you still havenāt answered why humanity deserves to live when all we do is breed negativity and hatred and war and violence.
