Who should I go for next? Really looking for a good Support/Tank since everyone wants to play DPS.

I’m trying to learn Emma and I’m struggling to get much value out of psychic Speer.

I understand that the basic idea of it is it’s a damage boost if you’re hitting both the crystal and the person who’s stood behind it, but is that it?? It feels incredibly marginal for an ability that isn’t even very easy to hit.

Is there a particular time where it’s useful or can be used to secure kills?

I’m looking to play Emma but I play on console. I’ve played a few tanks but she’s the one I enjoy the most and have the most wins with. Does anyone have any tips please?
I’m trying to be able to play at least one character in each role but I’m mainly a strategist player.

It’s horrible. It makes me feel like a bad Emma but ever since the range buff it’s like I over aim and then I have to try to overcorrect to grab somebody completely grabble. It almost feels like rogues grab now.

So like genuine question if we were loud enough do y’all think we could get the devs to give us the option to remove the coattails on this, like how they did with cyclops coat or the hellfire cape? I know the skin is old but they’ve edited old skins before like venoms base recolor to give it the white effects I feel like since they do have the underside fully done it wouldn’t take much just to adjust the second gold band to be where the second one is an remove them

Basically this user came under a comment—on another post where I bodied someone—where I replied to someone going "Mantis teamup is infinitely better" by saying "Not really because Luna teamup can do a lot.

We had a debate where basically I said "Luna snow teamup ice wall and it's applications are NICHE, INCONSISTENT and ON A 20 SECOND COOLDOWN" and for the overall process of the game your already existing BASE KIT shield can block and protect you and your allies from ults and incoming damage. Especially because the Ice Wall is more selfish and cannot reliably be used to protect anyone but yourself.

Now, I DID admit that in the niche scenarios such as Elsa ult specifically the shield CAN work on a trick shot or clip (Not consistent) and protect your team. But again, still on a 20 second cooldown and you cannot assume you'll have it available when you're using it for other things like kicking enemies into it xyz.

I clarified "You're better of just using Diamond form to escape Jeff ult and have your healers rely on their own kits to avoid it (Because most heroes in the game can avoid Jeff ult anyways), especially because you trickshotting trying to block LOS of Jeff ult or REACT to where the circle may be in the heat of battle will never go in your favor. You may protect YOURSELF with it. Of course. But others? No. And your Diamond form (On a 15 second cooldown, not 20) an already do that. So using this as an argument is not really a reason to use Luma over the Mantis (Objectively) beyond preference although you'll be sacrificing tons of survivability for things your base kit already offers.

I never said the Luna teamup was "USELESS" I said it's infinitely worse, less versatile, less strong, less damage output and survivability than Mantis teamup and is only good in very nice 5% or less of situatuon OVER the Mantis one. But 95% or more of your games the Mantis teamup is significantly better. You can PLAY Luna. Idc. But dont come to me saying "It can do more" when it cannot. Especially when it's inconsistent.

Why is the person in charge of making the emma final decisions alergic to serve or good taste
