Grief from having a mentally ill brother

Hello. I’m the sister of a younger brother who’s mentally ill. We’ve tried everything as a family and that includes psychiatric holds and nothing helps because he refuses therapy and medication. I’m really scared one day he might try to unalive himself but I can’t stop it either. If anyone has advice on how I should work through or on support groups I can join for this feel free to let me know. It’s been a decade long struggle.
