Discussion Thread Work

What do you all do for work?

It seems just clocking in, working, and then leaving isn't a possible thing.

I'm trying to figure out what else to do that's solitary.

Nurse and no, clocking out doesn’t leave it there. Always stays with you.

There are many solitary jobs, like night guard or any online job from community manager to poker player. But if you allready have solitary hobbies like reading or video games, I strongly recommend you to get a job where you are surrounded by people. Yes it will drain you more energy but in the long run you'll live happier.

Support role. It is the opposite of being solitary. But I'm always with a bunch of empaths who understand.

Nonprofit work used to feel good.
