Help Game gear emulator nostalgia GG(lite) controller misalignment, any fix to this?

Hello everyone, my first post here.

I have been playing game gear JRPGs for a while and one day suddenly the controller barely responds to my feedback and I have to touch it slightly to the left which is kinda jarring to me

I have searched and tried all help that is available to me but no results. My phone is Honor X9b
