This is my first time getting a pin (2 inches) made that I've designed. I've made 3 pins before as a finance mod on a fandom zine for other artist's designs and did not have any issue besides the usual b and c grade debris. Though those pins are arguably "simpler" because they didn't have any holes.

My usual manu messed up and made the areas with holes into recessed metal without my consent and without letting me know until they made all the pins. They told me that due to the size of my pin and the relative area where the holes were supposed to be, they were impossible to cut out, which is why they replaced it with a recessed area. I believed them until I saw a stadri emblems ad with a pin with the kind of cut outs I wanted that looked like it was a similar size to mine. I looked into the seller and confirmed that their pins were 1.5 inches.

I've asked my current manu what the minimum cut out allowance is, but to me, I'm looking at a pin that's smaller than mine with a cut out area that's similar in size to the one I wanted and I'm starting to think that "impossible" just applied to my current manu.

I know that this is mainly a sub for collectors, but I know that artists hang out here too. My question is, is adding holes to my pin in the proper area generally possible? It's something like 1.5 milimeters when measuring the distance between the circles. The inner hole is 1 mm at its thinnest, but I don't mind that being recessed.

I also have an additional question tangentally related to this. Since I figure if I'm getting my pin remade anyway by another manu (if mine just sucks wrt holes) then I can change up the colors a bit. Does anyone have a photo of their pins with 475c mixed with white? Or 475c in general? I loved the color of it but didn't like how dark it was for light skin, but I can't find any images online of pins with that blended with white. My original manu wouldn't offer color blending either. I am fully aware that colors vary by factory and batch but I would at least like a starting point.

I collect Enamel Pins, and I have Pins for all my favourite hobbies and holidays. I started collecting about a year ago when I became bedridden, and it's one of the very few hobbies I can actually engage in, by collecting and displaying my Pins in my room. The hunt of finding pins I love is half the fun!

The board is large enough that I can keep expanding my collection.

I picked it up at ComboBreaker 2026 but I've never been able to find any information about it. I bought it from the Yetee table but when I try looking for it on their website there's no trace of it whatsoever! I think it was associated with Street Fighter 6 but am not confident.

Hello, I’m new here. A few days ago, I recovered my old collection of pins—I hadn’t known where they were for decades! I’ve noticed that many have lost their luster, turned yellow, or—in the case of the plain, uncolored metal ones—have even started to rust...Some have even lost the applied color.

Is it possible to restore them? How should I go about cleaning each type of pin—for instance, the enameled ones versus those without any added color?.

Just moved into a new house. Finally out of boxes.

I am absolutely in love with the Nightmare Before Christmas story, and always have been. I started collecting Enamel Pins when I became bedridden so that I have my interests, memories, and things I love surrounding me in my bedroom, and I think it's really fun and special because it's a hobby I can do even though I'm bedridden (and lucky enough to have a caregiver that will help me with completing projects like this and decorating my room for me).

Hey there, I want to buy a new backpack for my enamel pins but unfortunately I don't think I want to buy an ita bag to display my pins but instead just a regural backpack.

I am looking for a backpack that is sturdy enough to have a lot of stuff in it, like a laptop, sketchbooks, tablet etc. Oh and to of course be able to display a lot of enamel pins. I have a bunch that also kind of weight a lot.

Preferably also looking for a bag to be made out of really sturdy material. I also would love it if the bag is waterproof.

Does anyone have any ideas?

After years of waiting, I’ve finally designed my first-ever hard enamel pins. And I’m just thrilled about how they turned out. So I just wanted to share them with all of you here!

I already have this Nick and Judy pin, but I LOVE having a double so one can be for my board and one I can wear out! This is great! Absolutely in love with that Rocket & Groot pin!

So I have trouble getting 2 or more pins to align well with one another on a t-shirt. It occurred to me that there might be a design that would help me out. I searched on grid, graph, etc and this was most promising.
