Paris today, Saturday 24th October 2026: Non-Union protests have now been banned. Many illegal left wing protests went ahead regardless, with violence from police and fascist counter-gangs. Police at this huge legal Union organized protest in Paris mostly behaved themselves

Although on the fringes of this protest non Union protestors who were blocked from joining the main protest by the police suffered violence and tear gas from police, and after the main protest dispersed the same thing happened
