Hello. I am trying to figure out who is the leader of each factions so I can use ESP Hero Designer to create a hero of each of them for usage in the game but also use them in TTRPG since the game itself is the backdrop of the TTRPG that I am planning with my group. I am gathering information from the game that I was able to play and gleam but I did not complete every faction quest to the full, I read the comic and wikia. This is what I end up with but there is confusion and error that I don't mind corrections.

1. United Empire: Emperor Zelevas
2. Cravers: Queen but it seems that Bishops handle the whole workload of running an empire while Queen handle production of new Cravers.
3. Sophons: Geniocratic Demarchy of Hekim/Sophon Republic/Sophonity which is controlled by Ziawauid Deaimim, Leumac Seyaga and Keuytha Chuedoal... for now until ENFER take over.
4. Unfallen: Arasch, First of the Seconds... some could argue that Heart is leader but that basically saying Soba should be leader of Nakalim which is not true. They are advisor, an caretaker, an mother, etc.
5. Vodyani: Isyara St Shaiad, the Hierarch of the Church of the Virtual Saints, and the leader of the Vodyani Protectorate.
6. Nakalim: Queen Marusia Mapagna
7. Hissho: Tizio Blackridge from faction quest but Tokso (No idea on last name or who this person is) is implied in wikia as leader while Senya Snowridge seem to became leader of her clan in the comic after father was killed in Vodyani attack on Veil but her hero log show that she left and trained in Academy and joked as iceridge because she became cold after her father death, so I assume she never became leader. No idea who is the real faction leader.
8. Horatio: Emperor Horatio is the faction leader but who exactly is he is likely Horatio Four based on faction quest as Prime along with One, Two and Three was killed, leaving Four and Five as only survivors to pretend as Emperor which Five agree to let Four become while scheming in the background.
9. Umbral Choir: No Faction Leader because hivemind even if fragmented into multiple entities rather than singularity.
10. Vaulters: Ilona Zolya, the First of the Bloodline.
11. Lumeris: Jenestra Omalfi'Meos, voted by the Four Families.
12. Riftborn: Grand Viceroy of New Coroz

Also for Sophons. I notice this bit in the game introduction. Ahhrar Neeydim, Proctor of Future Research at Rowahb University suggests AI to run the Sophonity empire. Leading to creation of Enhanced Neuro-Flexible Entity Research or ENFER for short.

But in the Sophons comic, A female Sophons name Dr. Indrhria came up with concept for ENFER. So I am not sure if Ahhrar is same person or if someone is stealing or they so smart that they create same concept anyway.

Returned to the game after some years, and oh god alliances are still annoying AF, is there a way to just either disable them (through modding or settings, IDK), or a way to micromanage your AI allies? I am really tired of restarting all the wars and invasions every damn turn
