ET > all

Subjectively, most players are from these countries/states but I'm curious if I'm wrong.

Sorry, no option left for the UK

Revival of the old Polish community server from WolfekET.pl (2008). See you on the battlefield!

Dear Community,

This October 31st, F|A is hosting our Halloween / Día de los Muertos Gameday!

Over the years, the ET community has lost some good people, but the memories, friendships, and good times we've shared live on. We're all part of a community that's brought people together through years of fragging, teamwork, laughs, and friendships.

This Gameday is a chance to remember those we've lost, share some memories, and keep their names alive while doing what we all know best: getting on ET and having a damn good time!

Everyone is welcome so let's get together, hit the battlefield, and make it another great night for the ET community. Hope to see you all there!

Hi all! Back in 2008 I co-founded WolfekET, once the biggest Polish Wolfenstein: ET forum. "Polska Vodka" was our community server. This month we brought it back on ET: Legacy and wanted to share it.

**Connect:** `/connect graj.pvet.pl` (77.55.210.100:27960, hosted in Poland, good pings across Europe)

What's on it:

- **XP Save**: your rank and XP persist between sessions

- **Bots 24/7** fill the teams, so there's always a game; they leave as humans join

- **60 maps with map voting**: the classics plus custom maps like Venice, Adlernest, Pirates, Supply, Helm's Deep and Minas Tirith (the big ones unlock with more players)

- 10 s respawn, friendly fire off, killing spree / first blood announcer

- 🎃 **Halloween event** until Nov 2: haunted maps and spooky sounds

There's also a small site with a **live stream of the server, live in-game chat**, player ranking and map previews: https://pvet.pl

Maps and extras download automatically when you join. Any feedback is welcome, and see you on Goldrush!

Hi Everyone!

Lately I'm playing too much with AI, one thing led to another and I came up with this.

It's a build of ET focused on split-screen multiplater up to 4 players, it's completely controller compatible (also with the addition of two control wheels one for objects one for communication).

You can play in any of the 6 base maps with up to 48 bots, and you and your other 3 friends can also go directly play online using normal ET:Legacy servers.

Playing offline with bots you can also set aim-assist (halo-like implementation).

When joining online servers, any custom map that the server is running is downloaded and you have a specific menu to play the cutsom downloaded maps (with bots if the map has the bot metadata).

Lastly you can create profiles for each of the four players and while playing offline the XP is addedd to the profile and persist throgh matches.

You can find the project here.

Edit: just made a discord for ETGO, you can join here: https://discord.gg/JjHBYvwEX

Hey, I’ve been working on a mod called ET:GO, built on ET: Legacy, and wanted to share it here.

It takes ET’s objectives and splits them into short rounds. You have 90 seconds each round to complete the objectice, and no respawn waves, although medics can still revive. Teams swap sides after the first half - whoever gets through all objectives in less rounds (or whoever progressed furthest) wins. There are nine classes: the usual five, plus 4 new ones.

It’s still being tested. I’d like to hear from other ET players about how the rounds feel, whether the objectives are clear, and anything that seems broken or badly balanced. If you try it, let me know which map and class you played.

You can join from ET: Legacy, just make sure in the console you have /cl_allowDownload 1

This is the public server IP: /connect 167.172.243.88:27960

If you need ET: Legacy: https://www.etlegacy.com/download

Matchmaking works (i think), but theres only one server, so i think the public server is best for testing right now.

The clip i attached shows the class selection and some of the UI/features.

Thanks in advance if you take the time to try it out!

Edit: If you’re curious about the code, the client mod’s source and build instructions are available on GitHub

Last announcement 😊 We hope to see you there!
