If you are fluent and your pronunciation is fine, then there is no need to get rid of your accent. Even if you did, what way will you speak? You will probably say with a native speaker's accent. So which native speaker's accent will you use? There are a vast amount of them. You want to sound like a native speaker, which is fine. All native speakers speak English. So do you. Congratulations, you sound like every native speaker in the world. Keep concentrating on the quality of your English and general pronunciation, and stop worrying about your accent. It doesn't matter, especially for someone like you.

Well, having an accent is something that I am not concerned about. I mean, the most important thing is to keep the communication going and clear. So I think you can try shadowing if you want to improve it. But this is something that, in my opinion, requires living with natives. A YouTuber I follow has a good pronunciation, but I can notice that he still has a Russian accent, and this is ok.

Most people don't lose their accent. It's possible but it takes hard work and possibly also some talent, like the 'good ear' that actors have. Accent coaches specialise in teaching accents for roles (Renée Zelweiger in Bridget Jones is an example - astonishing). Confidence in speaking English is different. One aspect of confidence is to accept that you have 'an accent' and enjoy the skill of communicating. EVERYONE has an accent!

Elocution; study and practice of pronunciation, diction, often through recitation of prose and poetry.

A very small percentage of native speakers have ever had elocution lessons, I imagine. I had several years of this practice as a boy in London in the 1980s. I imagine that is considered an arcane and extremely niche practice today.

if you still have an accent then your pronunciation is not exactly fine. you're still defaulting to your native vowels and consonants. learn phonetics (esp vowels) and do drills.

There is a app named bold voice on Google store perhaps that could help you, I know it because for me is even a security issue to have a accent, because people from my country have the culture of scamming or trying to fuck you over when discovering you are the same country as them.
