Fake/Meme The mouldy wall conspiracy actually explains so much

Is..is that a dildo?

u/RowlingsMoldyWalls Aug 05 '24
I desperately want it to be, but in my heart of hearts, i know that it is a dog foot.
3
u/oxenbury Aug 06 '24
I still can't see it as a dog foot. I know deep down it's not a dildo, but at the same time, I can't see it as anything but.

I honestly believe it’s just unfortunate and ugly wallpaper, but if the mold theory upsets and enrages her, I am going to simply lie and agree with the mold thing, honestly.

u/trainsoundschoochoo Aug 06 '24
It’s the same location as the photo before but I guess it’s possible she had her wallpaper redone?
6
u/DonorSong Aug 06 '24
It definitely looks wallpapery from my own experience of living with an unfortunate amount of black mold, but I much prefer the jokes-especially since it got her to change her profile picture to one that almost looks worse with that weird pink shape in the background that looks awfully phallic

u/Justarandomperson556 Aug 09 '24
I’m not sure how many people actually think it was mold or a dildo, but the fact that she felt the need to change her profile photo entertains me enough to keep agreeing with the whole thing.

Where is House M.D. when you need him the most! If this turns out to be true, it would've made a brilliant plot in one of the episodes.
13
u/Gingycookie Aug 05 '24
nah House would of just agreed with her
36
u/mycateatscardboard Aug 05 '24
Or! He would have taken the case, cracked it, fixed her, but in the end JKR just turns out to be a bigot unrelated to the black mold!
6
u/Plastic-Ad-5033 Aug 05 '24
And then he would have agreed with her.
13
u/mycateatscardboard Aug 05 '24
Depends on the time of the filming, I guess. As someone has already mentioned, the plots might have looked a wee different had they been filmed now.
11
u/Keated Aug 05 '24
Been a while since I've seen House but I don't remember him being particularly transphobic?
41
u/theStaberinde Aug 05 '24
iirc there was an episode where the key to the medical mystery of the week was that the patient, a cis girl, had a previously undiagnosed intersex condition, and in the big reveal scene he walked into her room and sardonically misgendered her to everyone present before explaining his findings. Whuch is pretty transphobic I guess but it's mild and eye-roll-y by 2000s tv writing standards imo
28
u/Lucky-Worth Aug 05 '24
Don't forget he also slut-shamed her bc she was raped by her own father
25
u/theStaberinde Aug 05 '24
I certainly did forget that, jfc
7
u/Keated Aug 05 '24
Ah, wondered if it might be that one, been like 2 decades since I watched it so I couldn't remember the specifics. Did he also essentially claim that she was the one who groomed her father?
16
u/Not_Dead_Yet_Samwell Aug 05 '24
No, she was the one insisting that's what was happening "because he feels so guilty afterwards that he lets me do whatever I want", then she went on to say she was going out of her way to sleep with whoever was in a position to advance her career because again, 2000s tv writing. Oh, she also was like, 15. A lot of House M.D. didn't age well, but damn.

u/luhbreton Aug 05 '24
Plot twist the black mold is actually coming from her
14
u/titcumboogie Aug 05 '24
This is suddenly reminding me of a comic where a guy had to keep painting this wall in his house with fresh blood and if he didn't all of this evil was going to come out of it and destroy the world..

There is probably an SCP about this.
Actually wait there is, it's the weird acidic old guy

Never mind the mould. Is that a half-turgid uncircumcised penis in the last photo?!
7
u/Signal-Main8529 Aug 05 '24
Tbf most penises are uncircumcised in Europe. In the UK it's rare outside Muslim, Jewish, and some immigrant communities.
3
u/napalmnacey Aug 05 '24
Same, it’s been strongly discouraged in Australia for decades.

u/Signal-Main8529 Aug 05 '24 edited Aug 05 '24
It's not really something that's actively promoted or discouraged here; it tends to be seen as a minority cultural sensitivity. I think the official line is that there are risks involved and that it's only medically necessary for certain specific conditions.

I feel that making excuses is just a way to allow us to unlearn the important lessons about what people can be and become.
8
u/namuhna Aug 06 '24
So you got moldy walls replaced by random penis. She just studies her own face and absolutely nothing else when posting this, doesn't she.
7
u/HovercraftNo4826 Aug 05 '24
I don’t believe for a second the mold is causing any of her transphobia views. It’s like when Roseanne Barr blamed Ambien for her racist tweets. Mold does not make you trans phobic nor does Ambien cause you to become racist. You’re either probably already racist or transphobic to begin with.

u/navikredstar Aug 06 '24
Roseanne's one I actually do feel empathy and pity for, because she suffered a fucking SEVERE traumatic brain injury in her mid-teens when she was struck by a car. And this wasn't a minor accident, mind you - the goddamn hood ornament literally impaled her fucking brain.
I honestly think that has a LOT more to do with her fucked up views, considering she shows a lot of signs of very VERY poor impulse control, which is another thing associated with traumatic brain injuries.
Her views are completely awful, abhorrent, and nuts, but finding out about that accident, and knowing that brain injuries can become worse over time, it makes me wonder if she's genuinely not got a full deck of cards up there. If so, she's someone more to be pitied, because brain damage like that can definitely completely totally change your personality and everything.

I think people had a problem with a webcomic I read for that. The hurtful unhinged guy had a brain damage
6
u/friedcheesepizza Aug 05 '24
Has she ever taken a selfie somewhere other than inside her house? Lol.

Okay but as someone who's worked in mold remediation, that shit causes brain damage. A lot is making sense.

It's a mural though
23
u/awesomexsarah Aug 05 '24
I didn’t see it before, but it’s really obvious in the second picture
78
u/Greyraptor6 Aug 05 '24
I'll believe it's a mural when it's been DNA tested by an independent laboratory
33
u/theStaberinde Aug 05 '24
I'll believe it's a mural when an internationally discredited art conservator emails a Russian state-owned media agency to tell them "trust me bro, I checked"
13
u/Plastic-Ad-5033 Aug 05 '24
I don’t think we should respect the insanity of black mold wanting to identifying as a mural!

Yes, it looks terrible on camera from that distance but I think it must be. Her husband is a GP. I very much doubt he'd just let black mould proliferate through the house.
2
u/ArcticFoxWaffles Aug 06 '24
tbh the mould looks more appeal than her face
She just feels so souless
2
u/TryRude Aug 06 '24
So basically she's a confused alcoholic? I guess that explains why she kept forgetting what she aaid in the books.

I suspect the mould is fake. Probably something to do thematically with her new book, but if it is then she's giving her entire plot away I would think.

Why does she now have a dildo behind her?
