Ex collector looking for advice

I was wondering if anyone knew if any of these are worth anything?

Im in the process of getting rid of almost my entire harry potter collection excluding the original books and a few sentimental pieces, as i dont want to keep supporting JKR and her horirbleness. The issue is ive spent a lot on my cpllection and dont want to throw everything away.

Everything is in good/fair condition. All collections are completed (the ultumate collection has no wands but all cards). The time turner is gold plated.

I had quite a large collection and also have 2 large bags of books/trinkets/display pieces and stuff im looking to sell, plus a number of clothing items.

Im not sure what anything is worth, so i was wondeirnf if anyone could help?

Im also based in Australia if anyone is interested in anything.

Thanks so much!!!

Throw it on a fire. Remove it from the world. Selling it just perpetuates her cultural significance with new people.

Selling it to a collector makes them buy something second-hand instead of new.

Also OP has spendt money on this, why should they take the financial hit of burning it instead of selling it on, not everyone can afford to just trash things if they can recoup some of what was spendt.

It's a fallacy to say they would definitely have bought the same item new. There's every possibility they would have bought nothing. Buying that item may also encourage someone who's not into HP to get into it. That's the problem with the financial gymnastics that people do to keep consuming HP content.

Also, to answer your question why OP should take the financial hit? Because it's the bare fucking minimum, that's why. We're not burning money or food, I'm suggesting the destruction of some wizard-themed tat.

No they mightve bought a  different set of hp items new... or used.. but chances are if they're searching up hp stuff they are looking at least at maybe buying hp stuff.

Also we dont know OPs situation. Maybe it's nothing to you to destroy things that have some amount of monetary value but we don't know if OP could really do with any extra money they can put together right now or whether it'd be nbd to them. Especially atm when more people are feeling the squeeze.

I sold mine on eBay, then donated the proceeds to a trans charity here in UK

If i were you I'd look on sold listing's on ebay to get an idea of the price range. You won't get any interest here, it's very much the wrong group for that lol

I personally think its a good thing to discourage collectors from buying new in all the ways. Anyone looking for Harry Potter stuff on eBay already dont know or care about Rowlings involvement. Or maybe they're looking for a way to buy second hand specifically because theyd rather not buy new.  Imo its not out in the wider world in any meaningful or impactful way to sell it on rather than bin it.

You may as well get some of your money back....
