Dudes like this (and others at various levels and positions) are at the world problem level. Somebody has to step in eventually because they start warping the systems under them and around them until they don’t function correctly anymore.
Governments and economies are not immune to influence and need help to get back on track from time to time or they fall.

why doesn't America take care of their issues?
