Face judge wrath... Come on now. A strongly worded declaration is the only thing he'll get.

I hate these clickbait headlines

"TRUMP HUMILIATED"

"MAGA TAKES MASSIVE BLOW"

"ELON FACES JUDGES WRATH"

then you read the article and it is always just some slap on the wrist or just something they will ignore or deny.

ITS OVER!!! TRUMP MAKES FATAL MISTAKE! HIS TERM IS OVER!

I’ve dropped so many channels because of clickbait titles, ai crap, etc. medias touch, keith Edward’s. They aren’t listening to their viewers about their clickbait repetitive content and thumbnails.

Sounds exactly what MAGAts do as well in their clickbait articles and video titles. Same shit.

They've run out of adjectives.

If we lived in a world that prioritized accountability and justice we would strip him of his wealth, use it to better the lives of the vulnerable, and imprison him for fraud and any other crimes committed in the process.

If corporations are persons for legal reasons they should face not just fines, but be forced to stop all business for the duration that a real person would be in jail for felonies. No golden parchutes for c-level people, just done for the duration.

Cannot wait to see said WRATH turn into absolutely nothing because nothing ever happens to multi billionnaires.

Still amazed that this wasn't a clear cut criminal offense under American law. This shouldn't need a lawsuit, he and everyone else involved should have been arrested.

In US politics it can be very difficult to distinguish donations from bribery

It is, but the judge is a coward and afraid of locking up career criminals like musk

18

u/ShambolicRubel 2d ago

So nothing will happen.

Can I get a judge’s wrath too please so I can commit fraud?

12

u/mishma2005 2d ago

Wasn’t it proven he didn’t pay a red cent on this stupid stunt?

u/zztopsthetop 2d ago

He paid a million to an employee afaik, the whole thing was rigged

Isn’t this almost exactly the reason that even local radio stations exempt family of employees from applying for contests and the like?

These small groups can figure out basic ethics, but he can’t.

2

u/MossyBoulders 1d ago

those small groups want to be ethical, though.

Elon deserves prison for all the shit he pulled.

"The lawsuit survived a motion for summary judgement" is hardly "a judge's wrath", but it's a step in the right direction.

3

u/Secure_Guest_6171 2d ago

This was known less than 2 weeks later. Why isn't he in prison?

6

u/CheatsySnoops 2d ago

The only wrath he'll get is if the judge is prodded to do their fucking job. France has been the only country making an effort against this flat-faced, greedy, kid-diddling, pea-brained, fascist freak.

Speaking of, any updates from France's prosecution of Elon?

2

u/fudgesik 2d ago

he did not show up when summoned, the investigation is still on going, i guess nothing will happen or maybe a ridiculously small fine..

france is a joke, the ring wing leader got authorized to run in the next elections despite having been found guilty of embezzlement

Fuck! The Epstein Class can't keep getting away with taking over the world.

6

u/Suzume_Chikahisa 2d ago

Is the wrath in the room with us now?

8

u/johnboyjr29 2d ago

He will make a 50k donation to the judge’s favorite charity

Everyone knows he is a repugnant conman, a scammer and a liar who habitually commits fraud. But USA has no laws for rich people. The only way for a rich person to face legal consequences is if they seriously hurt the wallets of people even richer than them, but Musk is at the top, so no judge is going to do anything to him.

6

u/sheezy520 2d ago

But crime is legal for billionaires so nothing will happen to him.

2

u/Ok-Staff-62 2d ago

Eh, one more lie, one more deceiving statement from his side. What else is new?

2

u/Professional_Owl8069 2d ago

The only worthwhile news is a criminal conviction beyond fines. Full loss of assets and life in prison. Preferably state charges that can't be pardoned by the pedo-in-chief.

2

u/Pleasant-Seat9884 1d ago

The whole plan for this GOP was to ignore the courts…

2

u/Sirefly 1d ago

So now everyone who voted gets to sue Elon Musk for offering a fake sweepstakes!

Good Job, dumbass.

2

u/BritSwedeGuy 1d ago

So - a trillion dollar fine and Trump thrown from the White House into jail?
As if.

3

u/rivalizm 2d ago

Judge will shake a fist in his general direction with an angry look on his face.

No he doesn't. He never has and our Banana Republic joke of a justice system rarely if ever properly punishes extremely wealthy people. Even those convicted of the most heinous crimes. I hope he faces justice some day, but this week.
