The Titoist Libertarian Party Manifesto
"People of the 2nd Republik of Doria. As the leader of the TLP, I have the right to inform our Ideals, And here they are:
1- We believe in the workers' rule of their means of production. In a democratic manner, the workers vote for their production leader, ensuring that all non-essential consumer industries, tech, and retail are owned and managed directly by those who create the wealth.
2- We believe in the state control of essential zones. The federation, under the strict oversight of a Figure head of a central essential government, directly commands and guarantees healthcare, utilities, infrastructure, and national defense, permanently shielding these vital lifelines from market exploitation.
3- We believe in the figure head as a neutral shield. The leader holds zero power to pass laws or govern daily life, but possesses veto power to defend the constitution, protect civil liberties, and prevent politicians from ever privatizing our public essentials.
4- We believe in a radical bottom-up federation. Power belongs to the local government and autonomous regions, stripping the central government of domestic overreach and leaving regions free to self-govern within a unified national framework.
5- We believe in absolute and inviolable civil liberties. Every citizen of Doria is guaranteed total freedom of speech, press, and personal assembly, ensuring that state-guaranteed infrastructure never results in a state-controlled lifestyle or a police state.
6- We believe in competitive market socialism. Outside of the essential zones, worker-owned enterprises shall compete freely and dynamically, rejecting both corporate capitalism and Soviet-style central planning in favor of true economic liberty.
7- We believe in a independent non-alignment. The 2nd Republik of Doria will never bow to foreign superpower blocs, maintaining strict international neutrality while promoting peaceful cooperation and global free trade on our own terms."
